I'm committed to providing the highest level of customer service to make your real estate transaction close as smoothly as possible.

I owned my own boutique real estate company for many years in Los Angeles, California. When I retired my company, I joined Fred Sands Realtors because I wanted to free myself from management responsibilities in order to do what I liked best, sell real estate. When Fred Sands Realtors merged with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in December, 2000, it added an even larger resource for my services. Its size enables me to give my clients the best personal treatment with the support of the real estate leader and its affiliates.

I have been a trainer most of my professional life.  I lectured for the National Association of Realtors® and the National Trust for Historic Preservation around the United States. I have written a real estate investment book on relocating buildings, titled  Moving Buildings For Profit, as well as numerous news articles on various real estate topics. And, of course, I've trained many successful real estate professionals.

Homes define who we are. That's why I have spent my 30+ years professional career listing and selling homes with the most character and integrity. I help sellers discover the "secret personality" of their homes that appeals to byers.  I help buyers distinguish the solid virtues of a home from the "add-on" embellishments that may soon date the property.

The value of the home you sell or buy is reflected in many ways--not only in location. You want to be sure the real estate agent representing you knows how to make you the happiest principal ever! That's my goal. Ask for my list of references.
